LONDON, UK – July 27, 2026 – Alyris today announced the formation of Mondero Solar, a solar installation business serving homeowners across the South East of England.
Mondero Solar joins Radiant Roofing in the Alyris portfolio.
The business was founded by the Radiant Roofing team. Radiant's crews have been installing solar arrays alongside roofing works across Kent and East Sussex for some time, and the group took the view that the capability had outgrown its place as a secondary service. Rather than leave it inside an existing brand, Alyris has established it as a company in its own right, with its own name, brand and standards.

The Team Behind the Business
The group's priority in establishing the business has been the strength of the team behind it. Mondero's roofing tradesmen are time served, with years of experience working at height on domestic properties across the region. Its electrical work is carried out by qualified electricians working alongside the roofing team. Alyris is funding further training and qualification across the team, and supports apprentices working towards their own formal qualifications.
The result is a workforce assembled from two trades that solar demands and few installers hold together in one business.

Working Alongside Radiant Roofing
The two companies will trade with one another. Mondero Solar carries out solar installations for Radiant Roofing's customers, and Radiant Roofing carries out roofing works for Mondero's. Each retains its own identity and management while drawing on the other's capability.
Alyris also confirmed that a further business, Mondero Energy, is planned, extending the Mondero name into domestic and commercial electrical services across the South East.
